We proudly present Volcano, a Cabernet Sauvignon born from volcanic soil at 600 m above sea level. This hand-harvested 2023 vintage comes in a limited edition of only 5 977 bottles.

Monteko’s Volcano reflects its terroir with extraordinary purity, capturing the raw energy of its volcanic origin. The grapes were hand-picked in cool mid-October mornings from our own carefully selected vineyard. This signature Cabernet Sauvignon, unlike any other in North Macedonia, is a true expression of volcanic character.

Its bouquet reveals fresh red fruit, subtly intertwined with spices and black pepper. The refined palate offers dark berries and toasted French oak in perfect harmony.

Best enjoyed with red meats, and an ideal pairing for dark chocolate, walnuts, dried plums, or figs.
